The project management service for the Yellowstone Business Centre is provided by Equite, a hybrid investment company.
13 Lithuanian investors have invested in the project, among the largest of which are Marius Jovaiša's company Unseen Pictures, Tautvydas Baršys' company Taba Invest and others.

9241 sq.m. land plot with 3.135 sq.m. logistics/refrigerators buildings was acquired and leased back to AB “Pieno žvaigždės“ – one of the largest milk processing company in the Baltics. In parallel the documents are being prepared for the transformation the land plot for residential development project as the area is attractive for it.
