Completion of reconstruction works: Q1 2023.

ŠVITRIGAILOS str. 37

2.200 sq.m. administrative building with residential premises is being designed in Vilnius center, well seen from Švitrigailos street, close to the location where Lithuanian unicorns Vinted and Tesonet have their headquarters.

JUSTINIŠKIŲ str. 134

9241 sq.m. land plot with 3.135 sq.m. logistics/refrigerators buildings was acquired and leased back to AB “Pieno žvaigždės“ – one of the largest milk processing company in the Baltics. In parallel the documents are being prepared for the transformation the land plot for residential development project as the area is attractive for it.
