Yellowstone Business Centre Achieves BREEAM In-Use EXCELLENT Certification

Yellowstone Business Centre has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use EXCELLENT certification, achieving an overall score of 80.4%. This recognition confirms the building's high quality, efficient management, and long-term value.

BREEAM In-Use is one of the world's leading sustainability assessment methods for existing buildings. The certification evaluates key aspects of building performance, including energy efficiency, building management, water consumption, waste management, transport, environmental impact, as well as the health and well-being of occupants.

The EXCELLENT rating is awarded to buildings that meet high standards of sustainability, operational efficiency, and responsible management. This achievement reflects the consistent decisions made throughout the development and operation of Yellowstone Business Centre.

The certification process was supported by the expert teams at Sweco Lithuania and Sweco Polska, whose expertise helped provide a comprehensive assessment of the building's performance and identify opportunities for further strengthening its sustainability performance.
